Return Process
- 1.Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the equipment is disassembled and placed in its original packaging; our team will coordinate with a freight carrier for a scheduled curbside pickup.
- 3.Inspection and Processing
Once the unit arrives back at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the equipment to ensure it is in original condition with all included components.
